Embarrassed Much?

A and I text each other often during our work day. It's the usual "how's your day?" or "what do you want for dinner?" and often "I love you" and "miss you." Sometimes when the mood strikes those texts can be a little more racy too. It's kind of like all day foreplay.

Monday morning I received a panicky call from A. She had written a colorful and rather naughty text for me. She hit send and then was horrified when is was sending to her ex, Mimi. She started pushing the end button over and over but it was too late...it was already up in the air. She quickly sent a second message to apologize and explain that was meant for me. Mimi responded with a huge smile and the comment that she enjoyed the sentiment.

I told A it probably made her year since she was just bemoaning the fact her wife isn't very romantic.

I think it will be years before A lives down the shame of this one.

Ha Ha Ha, apparently the only way to stop a text after pressing send is to take out the battery really quickly, but with todays phones its not that easy to do that under 5 seconds.

Anyway, thanks for the laugh :)

At least it wasn't a boss or someone...but yeah, it will still be years of reoccurring embarrassment, enjoy! :)

Oh no! The naughty text to an EX!??! HAHAHAHAH!! Hilarious! Yes, poor A will never be able to live that one down for sure. Aw, Mel! hahahaha! Yes, my girlfriend and I text each other some "cyber-love" every once in a while, and yes, it does work. :)

This is why I double, and sometimes triple check who I'm sending my message to! I have had a few close calls...

That's not as bad as what I did.. I was trying out our new phones one day and sent a text to John that I wanted to see him naked - except it went to my son instead, who I had also been texting. OOOPS. My son sent back, "I think you sent this to the wrong person." Thank god he has a sense of humor.
